- Amsteel Rope Mod for my Beast Sticks, really works awesome. Attached a 28" Amsteel extension to a regular climbing stick strap to be able to attach sticks to a very large tree.

I missed the first time where you said there the standard size sticks lol...I made mine 28 for the minis and to my surprise it fits perfect to just attach back to the beast button...awesome mod mark thankyou

I took the buckle off an just wrap the webbing around the versa button a couple times push down an it does not moves...an Make's it alot quiter

Awesome! Love your videos! I actually was doing this with my linemans belt. I keep a couple extra lengths of 1/4 inch spliced amsteel in one of my pouches in case I get to one of those bell bottemed cypress trees in the swamps or just a tree too big in general and I'll girth hitch it to my linemans loop on the opposite side to give me a little extra to work with if I need it. Thanks

Actually I just measured mine I guess i lost a few inches ended up with 25" loop to loop works perfect for minis

Awesome idea. Great video. How are your walking camera shots so steady? Gimbal?
Not on this video, I shoot 99% of my videos with my GoPro 5, my GoPro 9 (both GoPro’s have image stabilization)or my Osmo pocket which has a little gimbal. I like the GoPro’s because I don’t have to worry about them having to focus, with that said they have that limitation. The GoPro 5 I have to use an external microphone because the built in mics suck. Both the osmo pocket and GoPro 9 really don’t need an external microphone.
@@MarkDohring I have a rode video mic that I could mount on my hero 8. I never knew the stabilization was that good. lol.
