Hey Annica! I found the J and A channel recently, I've really been enjoying watching. I'm actually your mom's age, and I'm so inspired by your confidence, independence, focus on good habits. At your age, I had such bad anxiety I couldn't manage to do much and it took me until my mid-20s to learn to exercise, eat healthy, be independent, learn to meal plan. Your mom definitely raised you right, and it's so encouraging to watch your vlogs. Thanks for sharing and motivating me!
