I just realized 'Simon Says' is a parallel to 'Good' on Collxtion I, "My mom says I'll fade away, sister says that she's scared, my dad says I let him down, but I don't care" in 'Simon Says' and "Tell my mother that I'll miss her, tell my father that I tried, don't confuse my little sister, let her sleep on it tonight" in 'Good'. It may be the bitter ending of the story that starts in 'Good' where Allie leaves her family, and in 'Simon Says' she possibly goes back to her dark place (as shown in Simon Says, maybe an ex-boyfriend or an abuser?).
yeah i noticed the similar lyrics. and interesting that she wrote/created Simon Says the same way she did Bitch, so there are parallels between those songs too!
This is a masterpiece, and I honestly think all the songs are great. I keep saying "maybe I'll just listen to this song or that song only one more time..." and then I let the whole album play over and over! I'm so obsessed!
simon says sounds like a creepy melancolic but romantic song which makes me wanna listen to in the dark over and over again it is such a masterpiece i hope it will have a videoclip!!!!

The difference between this version of That's So Us and the version I got used to hearing before this came out is very subtle, but still clearly there. I like it.
One doesn't simply pick a favourite song on this gem of an album! Love every song. They are all so different and awesome. Please do a tour after this. More people need to hear this! They are missing out!
