I do not understand such hate towards 4060. For me it has really nice performance, low energy consumption and is not as expensive. Whenever somebody recommends another card in this price range (300-350€), it is usually similar in performance, sometimes better, but also more expensive and will cost me basicly twice as much to run.
8GB VRAM is not amazing but it is an average for it's price range.
For arguments like: It cannot run AAA games on max in 1440p.
Well first of all I don't mind lowering few settings a bit and in any case I can still use DISCS 3 which might help a bit.
If you are a PRO gamer, hate it. But the truth is that most people, who like to play some games from time to time and don't care about minor details, do not care that the card cant take 1440p AAA games on super ultra max details.
For me personally it is the best choice in GPU under 350€
No competition, AMD also released a weak video card, the RX 7600, which consumes 50% more watts for the same performance, has worse ray tracing and software support

I have the same CPU and GPU, i play on 1080p and even when running a game on native resolution it seems blurry, do you know how to solve this? I changed to NVIDIA yesterday and have no idea on how it works

If you're still having problems, you might have to go into Nvidia Control Panel to change the display resolution. If you dont know how to do that, right click on your homescreen and select Nvidia Control panel, if it doesnt show click more show more options and it should appear there too.

Are you using any tweaks or optimising cuz when I’m playing some of these games I don’t get as much fps on the exact same settings and I have a rtx 4060 windforce overclocked with the ryzen 5 5500and 32gb or ddr4 3600 MHz cl 18 ram and XMP enabled

Какая будет разница между сборкой rtx 4060+ ryzen 5 5600(все остальные компоненты поддерживают pcie 4,0) и сборкой rtx 4060+ryzen 5 5500. 2)что будет лучше, rtx 4060 ti+ryzen 5 5500 или же rtx 4060+ryzen 5 5600.
Я бы взял вариант с 4060ti и r5 5500, но материнка на b550 чипсете с PCI E 4.0 (хоть у этого райзена и PCI E 3.0, для апгрейда), для 2к разрешения разницы с r5 5600 не будет. Но имеем более мощную видеокарту, через годик продать r5 5500 и купить какой нибудь условный r7 5700х3d, или просто к r5 5500 поставить хорошую память и разогнать ее до 4000мгц+, у этого райзена отличнейший контроллер памяти, настроить PBO+200мгц и тогда в производительности разницы не будет. Ну кроме шины 8 битной в видеокарте, но там 4-5 фпс примерно потеря будет, не страшно...

more resolution (2k)= you use more gpu
less resolution (1080p)= use more cpu
You have to change the r5 5500 or your monitor.

This is normal, at first there are drops in FPS, but after a few minutes the game works well

5500 supports only 3.0 pci-e, thats all bottleneck

The Ryzen 5 5500 does not support PCI 4.0, which makes it an excellent choice for the RTX 4060.
Best choice for i5 12400F+ H610 or Ryzen 5 5600+ B550

this is actually my setup minus the 4060, ive currently got a gtx 1650, and with the psu i have, the ONLY upgrade i can do is switch to a 4060, yes its not ideal when it comes to bottleneck at 1080P, but i dont care as long as it performs better than the dogshit ive got now XD
