How to Create & Change Custom Movesets in WWE 2k24

I hate when creators say the word "Create a move".....
If you cant CREATE a move, then you're not creating a move. It's simple.
Last time they let you create a move was Raw vs smackdown 2011

In 2008 you could create a finisher it was godtier

Changing a move set doesn't save? When I go to play a match it defaults to the default move set???
