Good view of Lochore Meadows, Benarty and Loch Leven on the other side of the hill after taking off

Amazing video! Thanks for posting. You might remember a couple of months ago when you were a VATSim controller I thanked you for this channel. I love flying a Piper Arrow out of Fife on Microsoft FS2020. Your videos have really helped me pick up proper procedures, as I soloed a glider as a teenager but never got a PPL

@@Boeing100aviation definitely! If I could please make one request for your next once - can you retain any portion where you can see Kingseat (want to look for my house 😃). Maybe see you on VATSIM soon

Stupid question but are you allowed to fly e.g. over the city centre / Arthur's Seat area? Or do you have to stick to the outskirts, bridges etc?

not a stupid question at all Surita, thanks for asking! Flights over the city centre, including Arthur's seat are permitted as long as you get the proper clearance from the Air Traffic Controller. This is because it falls into a Class D airspace, which allows for small general aviation traffic like myself. Hope that clarifies!

No not a stupid question; yes you can, you just need permission for a Zone Transit through the overhead and then exit out the nearest VRP, from memory I think it's Musselburgh Racecourse VRP
