      Place the baking tray in the center rack in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celsius for 25 to 30 mins or till the tops turn golden. For baking in the microwave oven at convection mode, bake at 180 degrees celsius.

      It's yeast free ...So it's little heavy
      If u are going with yeast it will be very light.

    Types that need to be taken care for yeast bread first of all the water should not be to hot for yeast formation ,it should be lurk warm water the yeast need sugar to feed the dough need to massage very well smooth and elastic two proving need to be done after massaging the dough and the second one isafter shaping them into pav or putting then in tin for loaf then it has to be brushed with milk before baking and after baking appli butter then they are soft but if not taken care it will turn hard eg not formating the yeast and not giving sugar as food for the yeast to rise not proving and if the dough is not soft and elastic the bread will be hard and not rise

      I saw you replied to someone here about not having green eno pk then u said to use regular eno+1/2 tsp lemon juice. Ok, but if i m not having khatta dahi then anyways i am going add few drops of lemon juice to make it khatta. So in that case Do i still have to add that 1/2 tsp lemon juice for replacement for green ENO pk? I mean it won’t double lemon juice for two times? I hope you understand what i want to ask you!!!!!

      Yes ...If u have regular blue eno
      Then add 1/2 tsp lemon juice with eno
      And for khatta dahi
      U should also have to add few drops of lemon juice in curd to make it sour else u can keep it out of fridge or warm place for 2 to 3 hours to make it sour.

      If u are using twice lemon juice in ur recipe then add little more sugar or u can also use 1/2 tsp honey for balancing the taste.
      Also it will help the flour to rising

      Otg ko 10 min preheat karke fir dono rod pe 20 min bake kare 180 to 200 degree par ...Thoda jyada brown color chahiye to aap 5 min jyada rakhe
      Pav nikal ne ke baad uper butter jarur lagaey or halke se gile kapade se dhak ke rakhe...Jab tak use na kare tab tak
      nahi to wo hard ho jaenge👍

      Agar yeast wala pav ho to kamse kam 1 hour rakhna hay first rest ke liey fir uske bad aate ko fir se gooth kar pav ka shape de kar fir se 15 se 20 min rakhte hay taki pav rakhte samay jo jagah hoti hay wo acche se bhar jaaey....Fir use mil wash lagake bake karte hay.
      Par agar yeast free yani hum dahi baking powder or baking soda ka use karte hay to use sirf 20 min rakhte hay first rest me
      Or jab use dubara gooth le to bina rest diye hi bake karte hay....
      Jese ke dhokla me soda dal ne ke bad turant hum steam karte hay
      Wese hi
      Nahi to eno ka asar khatam ho jata hay or pav rise nahi hota hay or jyada bake hone par hard bhi ho jata hay

      Colour ke liey agar kadai hay to tight lid rakh ke slow to medium flame pe bake karna hay or bar bar nahi kholna hay use....
      Or otg me 5 min jyada rakhna hay oper ki rod par

      Ye baking powder & soda se bane hay to jo yeast se bane pav hote hay utne soft nahi bante texture me.
      Dusara ke agar hum ise over bake karte hay to bi ye hard ho jate hay.
      Or jab ye bake ho jaey uske uper butter laga ke gila kapda dhak ke rakhdena hay nahi to ye hard ho jate hay....

    Hi ...I tried this today ...but unfortunately I didn't get the color as u rs ...but ot was soft . Don't know the reason for not getting the color n softness as urs.

      Kneading process is the key ingredients in the bread & pav.....If ur dough is perfect u will get the softness in pav n bread.
      And for brown colour it takes more 10 to 14 min with tight lid .....

      If u bake this in oven or otg result will best
      But in kadai .....The main factor is bottom of kadai ....If u are using thik bottom kadai it takes litte more time to cook but it will rise perfectly and colours too

      Kadai ko esa lid dhakna hay jo hawa ko ekdam ander pakad ke rakhe...Agar lid mese hawa nikal jaaye to wo brown nahi hoga .
      Agar lid khol kar dekhenge to hawa nikal jaegi or pav white hi rehte hay

      Dahi jo hay wo thoda sa khatta lena hay
      To balance ho jayega
      Or sugar dahi ,eno, banking powder milke khamir acche se uthayega or milk powder se paav soft banege.

      Kadai me bake kiya ho to kadai ko preheat karna hay fir baking ke liey jab rakhe to us samay pahele 10 min fast to medium fir baki ka time slow to medium bake kare
      Lid ko tight close kare to garmi bahar nahi niklati to wo uper se brown hota hay + milk me honey ya sugar mix karke milkwash kare to uper ka pav jaldi brown hota hay.

      Agar mota tale ka bartan ho to samay jyada leta hay par kadai ka tala patla ho to jaldi garam hota hay to samay cum leta hay

      Ye kadai ke uper depend karta hay.... Agar kadai moti tale ki ho to time lagta hay par agar patli hogi to baboy jaldi ban jate hay.

      Aata sahi nahi hoga to wo hard hojate hay
      Or first rest me aata acche se rise ho uske baad hi aage ka process karna hay
      Agar 2 hours me aata rise nahi ho to 1 hour or rakhna rehta hay fir aap use kneed karke second rest de sakte hay
