thank you for this video and I think that those of us with Samoan mixed roots should come out more and testify to the world that we are proud of being Samoan no matter how we look in the outside but we are deeply Samoan inside.

I didn't learn propper english until I started school and I was NZ born 🤦🏽♂️😂😂 some of us were brought up with the Samoan only at home rule like the uso there
Hello, US born and raised and didn't learn to speak proper English until I went to High school. My Nana didn't allow us to speak any other languages in the house. I am truly grateful to my Nana for doing that because I speak Samoan fluently which shocked a lot of Samoans because I look more European but my faa'samoa is better than those who were born and raised in Samoa and just arrived in the US agagafi and they can't speak the lingo.
