    1 bowl of white rice, 200g
    ◆ Herbs
    1/4 onion, 80g
    1/4 squash, 80g
    1/4 carrot, 80g
    2 shiitake mushrooms, 50g
    1/4 bunch of spinach, 80g
    1/4 bag of mung bean sprouts 50g
    ◆ Seasoning
    1 tablespoon cooking oil
    0.5 teaspoon minced garlic
    0.5 teaspoon chopped green onions
    0.5 teaspoon dark soy sauce
    a little pepper
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds
    ◆ Bibimbap seasoning sauce
    1.5 tablespoons of sauted red pepper paste
    ◆ Seasoned seaweed

    Low Cooking Difficulty/Cooking time: 30 minutes + Making red pepper paste
    1 Trim spinach and mung bean sprouts, wash, blanch, and season with seasoning.
    2 Slice the onion, squash, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms.
    3 Stir-fry onions, squash, and carrots in order and season with salt.
    4 Stir-fry shiitake mushrooms and season with soy sauce.
    5 Mix sauteed red pepper paste into white rice to make bibimbap.
    6 Put it in a stone pot, add the vegetables, and heat over low heat.
    7 Place on the table and sprinkle with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
    8 Serve dolsot bibimbap with seaweed
