    If you reduce the methi, then dosai will be less browner in color.

    Cast Iron, Zero Oil Super Thin Dosa
    i like it.
    Applying Butter/ Ghee on Top, OK
    Cooked Grains( Carbohydrates) , Little Once A Day Ok
    Because we All Crave For It.
    Otherwise, Mostly Raw Plants ( Salad & Fruits) Perfect For Sustainable Long Term Health
    And, Never Overweight Problem.
    I Am Mostly Raw Vegan Eater,
    Sometimes, Don't Eat Grains) Cooked Food For Several Days.
    ( Never Snacking Between Meals
    I Eat One Meal A Day)
    My Body is Always Super Light

      There is Nothing Wrong With Vegetarian Diet,
      But Indian Vegetarian Diet Is Full of Clutter:
      Too Much Spice
      Too Much Salt
      Too Much Oil
      Too Mucho Frying
      Too Mucho Milk & Dairy
      ( curd/Paneer)
      Too Much Grain Anaaj( Wheat,Rice)
      Too Mucho Cooking og Vegetable
      No Wonder , Indian Vegetarian Food Makes People As Sick as Meat & Fish Eaters
      The Problem is With Central Government, That Subsided Big Farmers Too Grow Grains.
      Fresh Vegetables Products Are Too Little,And Too Expensive,Too Support Raw Vegetarian Diet.

      Although Animal Flesh & Milk& Egg Has Highest Protein,
      The Animals Get Their Protein From Plant Eating.
      All Parts Of Plants Have Some Protein, But Seeds of Plants Have Higher Protein Than Their Leaf
      If You Eat Raw Vegan , You Will Be Getting Extremely Little Protein, So You Must Eat Nuts, Seed, Sprout, Dry Fruit Etc.
      As Adult,We Only Need 1gram/ Kg Body Weight
      Excessive Eating Protein Will Gradually Degrade Kidney &Liver.
      As These 2 Organ Job is To Detoxify Protein.
