Grated Coconut 1 cup
Rice rava ½ kg
Dry chilly 15 nos
Ghee 3 tbsn, Cooking Oil 1 tbsn
Mustered 1 tbsn
Curry leaf
Grated
Turmeric powder 1tbsn
Cooking Oil 1 tbsn
Coriander Seeds 1 ½ tbsn
Kaju & Badam 10 nos
Red Chilly powder to taste
Garam Masala ½ tbsn
Coriander powder 1 tbsn
Jeera seeds 1 tbsn
Salt to taste
Bey leaves , Onian 1 nos
5 nos, jeera seeds 1 tbsn, cinnamon 2”, cardamom 3 nos
Mint Leaf 1 tbsn

Mam, we gowdas make sprouted kadale kaalu saaru. Everything is same but we dont put almonds. We add ginger as well. And we pressure cook kaalu and masala together. Thats even faster. Try it.
