It's absolutely possible to knit this stitch in the round! It's a two-round repeat, the first round is the same as Row 1, and then the second round is basically the same, except you would knit into the round of the second stitch, rather than into the back of the second stitch. We don't have a video of this, but there are plenty of other creators who have made videos to demonstrate, in case you'd like a visual guide!
