I use purified water for wfp jobs that doing it traditionally is not safe or practical. Using tap water for traditional cleaning is fine as you are removing the water from the glass with the squeegee, as opposed to using a water fed pole brush where you are leaving the water on the window so that needs to be purified.

Top of the morning to you ( still morning here ). I know you are the person who can answer this question. It's foggy here and as you know Windows don't dry when the air is so moist. Do you still use a wfp in these conditions ? I also posted a video on ladders thanks
Dave Landefeld tbh you could still do trad or wfp. The only concern really would be if it was in a highly polluted city then i may not use wfp then as the fog may have picked up dirt from the air which would leave spots on the glass. Trad is always gonna be ok ;)
Nothing nicer than a tidy van. Mine would be tidy for a day and then things went downhill. No pie shots? You're always supposed to take a pic of the food. So do you spend most of your time with a 14" mop? How long is your average stop?
Really enjoy these 'on the job' vids, keep going! What length of hose are you using on your WFP? I've just got the standard length leaving a bit left over when pole fully extended but want to get some more. And do you find it gets tangled keeping it rolled up like that? Cheers!
yoyo895 hey pal! Thank you for watching!! The hose is about 60-70ft i think, yeah sometimes gets a bit tangled but i try to just watch how I'm putting it away and taking it out, usually i can just take the hose out and throw it away from me and it normally unravels perfect but occasionally i get spaghetti junction 😂
I'm glad I'm not alone!! I trad pole (thanks to you), wfp some jobs and trad downstairs on most jobs. I love the mix and having several tools at my disposal. Hey Trad-man! Sorry about that...after I posted I noted my typos and didn't specifically make references to the small pane window job with the over lays. (Brown in color I think). Thanks ...have a great day!
Scott Dash no probs at all bud! When you say side pull do you mean feather the side then pull across, dry the squeegee and pull again till finished? If so then any kind of straight pull wether from the top or side will leave detailing. By using a squeegee which is just over half the size of the width of the glass you get more maneuverability and zero detailing using the Moerman end clips. I hope that answers it?? Thanks
