My husband and I actually visited this model home when it opened. This house by far is our dream home. We even sat in the living room and watched Sting’s concert. The tv was on and we just sat there and daydreamed the house was ours lol

In a flash, this is what came to me in mind...food you eat has skin on it, which looks appealing to pick and looks good enough to eat! we need to eat!
we need shelter/a property for preserving reasons protection/ security.
we need a sense of happiness which is found with or without a property.
However, We as humans are created in the flesh. Words like vanity and the original meaning makes no sense to those who are looking to put in the work...including the builders and architects. We are all here from creation to create and there is nothing wrong for WORKING on a beautiful luxurious home when you have plans on how you will maintain it for the greater good.
When your reasons are a positive one for why you believe you should deserve a home like this, why should anyone doubt working towards one until you finally get it...
What is vanity when we eat more than one choice of food each day because the body needs a variety of nutrients? to main a healthy diet?
What is vanity when the body needs to keep fit for health reasons?
What is vanity when you put in the hard work or smooth work on a hard surface to shelter yourself with a home of such potential and great performance that you know you will someday leave behind to somebody else.
What is Vanity if someday you have to leave it all behind and move on in spirit!
no matter what you choose in life you will have it and let go.

Such a place is meant for a large family, children, grandchildren, parents, grandparents brothers and sisters. I wouldn't want it, merely for myself to get lost in. Can't take it with you, but you can take happiness and peace of mind with you. Family is everything.

Very likely to get full appraisal from the bank, you got the stunning location, the beautiful house and later on you still can upgrade the tilework, front door, cabinetry etc. to make it fancy like this. You do a great job on your Videos your camera work is excellent, you use the right angles, you spent enough time in each room and don't move the camera around so quickly that you don't get to get a good look at it but rather show us everything in detail which is perfect, so yeah great job.

Love this house. But the one thing I hate is living downstairs as the homeowner. To me, It'd make is so I'm never up stairs and at that point wasting half the house. I know that's not the case, but I always want my master bedroom to be upstairs. For security reasons as well. Loooveee this house tho

The interior design, the black, white and brass&gold harkens to the Hollywood regency style. Very elegant design and melds very well with this commodious interior.

ANOTHER PERFECT home for me. What Vegas offers for under a million, compared to Calif. is remarkable. Easily 2 to 4 million in California, depending on location. Wow! Being on a lake with that kind of view could run even more. Amazing house and my style to the tee.
