That one is not worth buying because it has half of a dove tail making it very sloppy. I have one and its bad and the best thing you can do for it is a C clamp.
I also purchased one and it was a piece of junk, main screw adjustment was bent and stripped out on the end. Also the top guide was stripped because the set screw was so tight it mashed the threads over too the point it wasn't holding. Please don't be purchasing this type of milling attachment from India. JUNK.....!
I am working my way through this sort of equipment for two reasons. First, to see what is out there and if it can be made to be useful. The reason for that is that most people just can't afford the thousands of dollars that a good basic machine shop costs to set up. Yes, you can buy used, but to do that you need to know good machines from bad and most people really don't have the knowledge and experience to make that judgement. Second, let people see what they will be getting and what will need to be done to make it useful. This is for everyone, even those with lots of experience a learning situation. I look at these as a kit, not a final product.
What I show in the video is that it is of a suitable size for the lathe and some of the basic features of the attachment. There will be a later video where I actually mount it to the lathe and do some work.

That may well be the case. I have yet to take this apart. Still working on a Chinese X-Y table.
