I got a Technics RS-TR515 of this type from my father in 1992. I was 17 at the time and I loved it. Both sides record and play. Very few decks knew this at the time. I've used it a lot over many years. I've never had any problems. We copied the favorite tracks of the maxi CDs from a CD player. For two cassettes at the same time. I already regret that I sold it years later. At that time, it was only a dream to buy a DAT tape recorder, because it was very expensive. Almost only one or two DJs of my acquaintances had it. I still have my Technics cassette deck, receiver and equalizer from when I was 18 - I'm 62 now and everything still works as good as the day I bought them. :)
I apologize for the delay in answering. Receiver model is Technics SA-GX505. One of the best Technics receivers with equalizer. Real quality from the 20th century - from a better world :)
