@@yuritarted984 Can yes, its been done since the 80's. But its far from legal. At the least you get a fine that's gonna hurt, and they take the car. At the worst you can get 2 years prison.
I have mixed feelings, they are racing on major Stockholm highways and I like a bit of anarchy and love streetracing, but the same time I would be pissed if I got stuck in trafik just because people are blocking the roads :)

Theres is relative little traffic a night and only takes a few minutes then the road is open again
