    sa inyo ko lang po nalaman ang techniques para flat ang top ng chocolate moist by using towel sa side ng pan po. Thank you so much sir Boyet. wala na pong nasasayang sa chocolate moist Everytime gumawa ako ng birthday cake. Ang dami kong nalalaman sa inyo.Ang bait nyo po God bless you po.

    Kuya Boyet, gawa naman po kayo ng frosting gawa sa whipping cream.. Paano po maging smooth ung whipping cream. Beginners po ako, naka ilang beses na po ako gumawa ng whipping cream frosting pero d po sya smooth kapag ilalagay ko na po sa cake ko. Parang my bubbles.
    And dami ko po natutunan sa mga baking videos niyo, mga simple techniques. Thank you po. More videos pa po.

    Baking is an exact science. Accuracy is a must. I only observe you are not doing sifting of flour or other ingredients. I guess you either pre-sifted the flour and you can easily estimate the amount needed. Also, you are not greasing the pan. What could be the reason. You wrap around the pan with wet towel similar to Chef Ron Ben which is good. I enjoy your demo. Thank you.
