I have a Dream

This ABBA song is arranged for the 5 chord zither. It begins with a slow verse played in the key of F major. Suddenly, there is a change to C major and the tempo picks up. I have included a few variations such as short counterparts and double notes (usualy 3rds).

Yes, but most of my pieces are played on the 5 chord zither. I use the 6 chord zither mostly for pieces in the melodic minor key which requires extra sharps and flats. On a 6 chord zither, the extra sharps and flats make it more difficult to play and you cannot play fast. Also double notes are tricky to play. I will record more videos played on the 6 chord zither in the future.

@@jeremytravis360 No; the 6 chord zither has the same thickness of body and the strings are of the same thickness. The 6 chord zither is slightly more bassy but lacks the brilliance of the 5 chord. Of course, it depends on the individual instrument.

I find it not only amazing that you have mastered this instrument, but especially that you can play both of them. I have a 5-chord with the shortened treble scale as well and I have a very hard time finding the strings. But I don't practice much, either.
