Darkstone PS1 - 60 FPS Mod Demo

A demo of the first feature implemented on my new WIP Darkstone project dedicated to game improvement
Initially the game runs at 20 fps, thanks to Duckstation you can overclock the cpu to run the game at 60 fps
But there are 2 problems:
- The game runs at 30 and 60 fps in menus by default, they will run at a much too high speed
- Some stuff are fps based like the cameras speed, in 60 fps they runs at x3 speed
The trick was to intentionally slow down the game and menus so they all run at a stable 60 fps with overclock, and to adapt all fps based stuff
This project will also add bugs fix and QoL content to make the best experience possible!

Hey this is really cool! How did you get the music to work? I've never been able to figure out how to get the game to launch unless I run the track 1 .bin, which is lacking the music

Hello for the music you have to launch the game with the .cue file

If you mean if it's compatible with the pal version, yes it is, the mod is not released yet but is almost done

@@meos3446 Thank you very much for answering. I'm looking forward to the MOD, I played this game a long time ago, but in some forum I read that this game has a hidden cooperative mode for two players, do you think that's true?

The PC version has a two player mode, but it's possible the PS1 has leftovers of that, I don't know
