Just what I needed to hear at the gym yesterday. This is how I've been feeling all year.
Keep pushing forward people. Nothing is permanent. Whatever the loss, cry it out, then get back up. One thing is for sure, no one ever liked a quitter. Always continue to know what you have, decide what's important to keep in your life, cut out the things that aren't, then rinse and repeat. Keep fighting for those things. Continuous happiness is not the goal. Happiness is the ability to experience the entire spectrum of human emotions with the greatest of ease. We are only human, afterall. So keep moving forward, and struggle well. Know where you are where you're going, and how you're going to get there. This way, we always have purpose, and we will never be lost.
