他們很會烤雞,從聊天過程中,我才知道要烤好一隻雞需要數年經驗,絕對不是亂烤就有這種味道
可惜人言可畏,很多時候一些壞心人,一個感覺就能破壞掉人家多年的努力,所以我都督促自己要謹言慎行,儘量別隨意批評別人

這個真是太太太太太好吃!!!無法形容阿,吃完會有活著真好的感覺😄
颜色烤的漂亮。一開始以為老闆是經營木材加工,把剩餘的廢料拿來物盡其用沒有浪費,這老闆有研究,第一次聽到烤雞過程不同階段添加不同木材,成達人了。有個建議招牌放的位子要在裡面一點。老闆放在機車待轉區跟斑馬線之間(也有可能是拍攝角度差異)萬一有個車速快地來不及反應會造成傷害,這建議保護他人也保護店家免於賠償問題!這建議可轉述給店家,微小的觀察(有觀察google地圖這路段車流量不小)
你的建議超棒,我會跟老闆說,不然只要撞到一次,也不知道什麼時候能賺的回來
烤雞的實力無庸置疑,吃完你會有種...住在台灣真好的感覺,台灣美食真正強!
@@flyingmousefood 當下看到招牌放的位置很直覺的看出位置不太合適,小本生意不經得起一次的賠償,尤其薪水漲幅追不上物價漲幅利潤更是減少。台灣的美食甭傭質疑的好吃,七彩變化的美食滿街跑就差在用心找了。
還好啦,這間店在承德路路旁裡面,除非遇到酒駕的,不然要故意撞到老闆的攤位其實沒有那麼容易的……
倒是烤雞好不好吃就見仁見智了……

This is so weird. I believe that my wife and I tried this chicken place on our way to the Grand View Resort up in Beitou back in 2019.
I was hesitant to try a place that sold BBQ chicken on the side of a country road. But my wife and friends talked me into it trying it.
It was so fresh and delicious. And it was the first time that I saw and tasted the drippings from the chicken that they packaged in a plastic bag...which is strange in itself to me...but hey it worked because when you dipped the chicken meat into it, it really amped up the flavour profiles.
It's so fateful, I didn't expect that the "restaurant" I recorded was the one you visited. This roast chicken is really good, the owner put a lot of thought into getting each chicken to heat evenly. If you've ever eaten it, you must have been salivating after watching this film.😆😆😆

Обычная бочка, с двойными стенками. Тепло греет внутреннюю ёмкость, оболочка играет роль трубы, распределяет тепло по бочке. Вот и всё.

以小火慢烤40分
後面轉盤才能全開
在以大火烤25分
一隻雞差不多在1小時15-20分

這種烤雞桶40分前用一個孔開就好了一開始燜熟肉 不會流失水分。
40分後加碳全開 然後每10分鐘內鍋要轉讓火去烤全身的雞皮才會內濕外脆
全程時間一個小時15-20分看大小隻

Still, at 30 units a day equals $ 750 a day in sales is not bad . Cash business , so tax avoidance is also more likely . Supply and Demand , if customers are willing to wait , and you have the product , you can charge a higher price.

Open vents will increase air flow and heat temperature , closed vents will decrease air flow , with no oxygen the temperature will slowly decrease. The high fire at the end is to increase the temperature to make the skin crispy , similar to roasting a chicken in the oven , raise temperature for 5 to 10 minutes to make the skin crispy ,.....like baking crispy pork belly in the oven at end of cooking process.
