Hi Pikai Pharmacy, I have question about Freeze Drying, by the way: 1/ Could you comparison drying by using Freeze drying and oven heat (about shape and dimension of material before and after using) ? 2/ Could you explain "why we have the difference about shape and dimension about using Freeze drying and Oven heat" ? I hope I would receive your answer soon. Thanks Pikai Pharmacy so much.
There is some very good information here, but there are some errors. I've been involved in lyophilization for 20 years in the pharma industry for a major international company. There are no perforations on any lyophilizers I have ever seen. Freezing is typically well below -30 C. In general, the concepts are correct though.
I'm interested in starting my own business with peptides buy raw peptides then Sterilize freeze dry powder in vials which small freeze dryer is best for this application thanks if can help
freeze drier are use for heat-sensitive and perishable materials but at sublimation stage, our material or sample is affecting by provided heating medium. Material can not even moderate the temperature. Please persuade it.
Awesome Explanation❣️❣️❣️For Engineering subject you're guided conceptually.... Thank you🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I cant understand properly when reading the book..but now i totally clear about it ..tq and clear excellent explanation 👌👍👍👏
thank you, respect from America.
Simply awesome!
You have driven the topic of freeze drying right into the mind with ease.
Keep up with the good job.

Thank you sir your voice is too nice 😍
great and easy to understand
may I ask? if we want to make extract of the banana sap, could we use freeze dryer and than can move the sap to be in filtrate?
Why do not the vials half closed for evaporation
Do not close at high pressure?
they should have been closed due to pressure.
please answer
Excellent. Very easy
Once freeze dried, you generally don't need to keep the products refrigerated. They can be kept in a sealed container at room temperature.
it is better though to preserve any metabolic activity

Thank you so much helped me alot😌
How to calibrate the good pressure to facilitate the sublimation ?
very clear thank you
Excellent.

Well explained. What is the low pressure to be attained for freeze drying?
You'd need a micron gauge to measure it.

Thank you so much
