Pacific Rift feels faster than Apocalypse tbh because Apocalypse vehicle speed is based on framerate, and the framerate heavily depends on the amount of AI opponents and what track you're on. Pacific Rift always runs at a smooth 30fps like it's supposed to. If you do time attack with any car I actually realized how abysmally slow some vehicles are without boosting. For example: The Rally cars are really slow if you aren't boosting.
Whenever this song plays (I let the game pick the songs), I do a lot better in a race, especially when up against pro players, and even more so when the proverbial sh*t is hitting the fan, and things are exploding/falling-over/crashing all around. Love my Racing Truck. Gotta admit, Motorstorm Apocalypse has got to be one of the best action driving games out there.
Am I think only one that thinks some of the MS:A soundtracks would fit perfectly in a Twisted Metal game? I hear this song and all I imagine is playing as Reaper and being chased down by the giant, intimidating, shadowy beast of a semi-truck that is Darkside...
This sounds like something that would be in your mind if the apocalypse was happening. Given this game is kinda about "what if the apocalypse had racing to the death"
@@FixedKarma Too bad the notifications tab doesn't show spacing or the whole 'show more' option. Would have made that one land so much better. Seeing as that was a definite 'they had us in the first half' type of post. XD
Eu amo esse jogo com tanto amor, que as músicas presentes nele são tão incríveis que dão vontade de jogar novamente, e por mais que pareça estranho, isso da uma puta adrenalina
@@CrashyDonk06 idk if this one and pacific rift are the same in this situation but i know that if you change your dns settings you can play the original one online again
I may prefer Pacific rift for its environment and overall consistency. But nothing can top this song when your at the end of the campaign and the big one hits. 1:50 - 3:01 is just the perfect encapsulation of what apocalypse was, a final sendoff to the main series with the most chaotic tracks you can drive on.
this had to be one of the fastest and most improved games in the series, u have to be a seasoned expert not to crash at least 3 times in a supercar
Mister Dinner I was a guy that got a world record c;
i remember, mastering the tracks was a bit hard but got easier the more i played
Super cars are really easy if you know your lines and drifting areas, I don’t always brake, I mostly drift.
I liked muscle cars, dont remember if it was a category but it had muscle cars in it.

After 9 years, and after so many AAA games I can say that you're right. MS:A has the best kind of racing soundtrack. Driveclub comes next.
I miss the days of racing against other players it been so long scense i raced against an actual player and i dont think i will ever again :(
I'm still playing this song on 2020 for my workouts
Epic
But thé assembly is even more dope
Me even in 2024

Yes. I think only Heavy Metal like its OST should b in Twisted Metal.
WipeOut))
And Burnout. I played Burnout Dominator with this music, it made the game a whole lot better.
Isn't there a vehicle skin that is a black semi?

It's like the end of the world.
Others: oh no, how bad
me: driving while listening 💥
The rule of the game? Never let off the gas.
Don't you have to let off the gas when in the air so as to let your boost cool off more quickly?
@@Techhunter_Talon okay, you listen here buddy, and listen close!
Yea

This was used in Tyler's final race against Muerte
This is my favorite motorstorm apocalypse music
This makes me want to jump in my car, tune it up, and race in city that is suffering an earthquake.
If a person was as old as this comment, you could hold a conversation with them. I still 100% agree
Best song on Motorstorm before the intense races I would always change it to this song but the game crashed :'(
'sigh' i miss motorstorm ;-(
Yeah, and The most Sad thing,is The MotorStorm online servers are shutted down

This… is… D O P E!!
2:45 end race
Is this the song for the race against the bright red car, when you drive under the falling skyscraper?
This song plays in any of the races, except the race to the festival and out of the city
Dude, this is sick man. XD
Epic part starts at 1:28 .

THCobra By incidents do you mean tracks where you get to press the "LOOK!" Button to look at carnage incarnate?
Yes that :D
Fire eevee Yup. I love those moments when they happen!
This sounds like a transformers dubstep for some reason xD

@Wadeyboy1345 don't you mean Coach Party? XD
Can you tell me how you were able to get the logo to go through the whole color hue? It's very pretty and I wish to make an RGB gif of this
Thats so weird, if you look into the motorskulls eyes the cracks are moving :O
An optical illusion, perhaps?
madre q temonnn
epic
Like si lo escuchas mientras juegas a. El motor storm:v
@Gagabx2 Oh yeah crap I forgot that XD
what type of music is this? :D
Andrew Scott drum step/neurofunk
Lol .. People are arguing what this is.. Its dnb... Drumm and bass not dub step or. Bass linr or drum step ( thats a dnb sub genre)
ThreeDaysOfDan actually drum step is mix of dnb and dub step. And i also think it's neurofunk
