I spotted Tom in that team of guns, hands down the best shot I have ever met and witnessed shooting. I had the pleasure of loading for him in Wales earlier this season. 👍
Very unfortunate comment in the pre-shoot briefing, asking guns to "leave the birds of prey alone"! Surely, this goes without saying, as it implies that there are some guns who deliberately shoot birds of prey.
Used to enjoy watching the shooting show videos but recently they've been shocking.... between full and super full with 36grm 4's and then shoot a 40 yarder haha... good eating that one 👍
I'm from the United States, Iowa farms all around but almost no pheasant left. The coyotes have almost completely wiped them out. Our pheasant prefer the cornfields; fairly seen in timber covered areas. I thought they took all your guns away?
Hi ten Littleindians. British shooting from what I can tell is nothing like American hunting. Our pheasants are reared and fed in specific woodland to create these kinds of drives for driven shooting. I think you guys shoot mostly walked up days and often on public land? Are your birds Keepered/managed? We control the numbers of pray species to keep enough for of a balance that our birds aren't wiped out. We have always been allowed shotguns for clay/game shooting and rifles for stalking/hunting. They're seen as tools for a job here not weapons. We aren't allowed anything for defence.
There are still a lot of side by side shooters but these are extreme birds and experience has shown that over say 45 yards the over and under with the loads they talked about is significantly better.
you could say that about a lot though, your rifle in your profile pic has Magnifined scope, a bipod and a multi round magazine on it, i could argue that isnt sporting as it doesnt prove the sight, accuracy and reloading skill of the hunter
its not necesarily to do with speed, if you watch all of these guns are being selective and could be going a lot faster whilst double gunning if they wished. in highbird shooting its more used so the gun never has to take his vision away from the sky both for safety, as these falling birds would kill you from 80 yards, as well as it makes it a lot easy not to lose focus as this is seriously challenging shooting
@@Gokiburi777 Not quite sure what your getting at? Being funny or serious ? PS does his right hand man wipe his bottom for him after he has had a poo in the bushes or shake his willy for him after a pee too!
A lot of lead wasted, 🐔s, us real hunters appreciate r quarry and consume it, I love and live to hunt and shoot but that's not what it's all about for most of us 👎

Shot there earlier in the season. What a place!!
Nice looking scenery around that Estate,...good shooting too.
Is that Ross Neville lurking in the background sans gun at 10.41?

Gerwyn needs another cliche from "Hit a few, missed a few"!
👍🏻😉
I think he hit a few missed a few

hadir ....... 👍 👋
why is no one in your videos ever shooting a sidebyside anymore?

That way of reloading is not at all sporting (does not prove the skills of the hunter to reload)...

my jealousy is visible
Keep passing a new reloaded gun to a none disabled person is kind of sad! Time for the dude to learn how to reload!
andy b Prime example of why comments should be disabled.

wonder how many birds of prey were shot or trapped just so you big men can have your days shoot
Guy needs to brush his teeth! 🤮
