  • Today we pressure cleaned some seriously black paving. Not all of the paving was as bad as the sections under tree cover but they were still dirtier than anticipated! You definitely don't want to miss this transformation!
    Apologies for not posting in ages! I have been quite busy and unfortunately haven't had too many jobs which I think were UA-cam appropriate or satisfying to watch. Hopefully this one is decent and you enjoy!

    Question- In your expert opinion, how do the tiles get THAT dirty?

    • @pristinepressurecleaning
      @pristinepressurecleaning  Рік тому +4

      They were super black in those areas partly because they were under trees! I think they must have constantly had leaves and tree debris falling on them there and maybe didn’t get much sun.
      It came off super easy though which surprised me when I first started cleaning it.

    The craftsmen who did that stonework would be so pleased, I'm sure, to see their handiwork brought back to life. Good video. Edit: As for good enough jobs, please. There are channels where all the person does is unclog drains. Put it all on!

      WHAT CHEMICAL DID U USE IT ALL CAME UP SPOTLESS

    • @pristinepressurecleaning
      @pristinepressurecleaning  Рік тому +3

      @@annemurphy6692 If you are able to get some bleach or chlorine (which you can dilute to make weaker) you can use a broom and rub it onto the surface then rinse off after you have pressure cleaned or even before! It'll help you get those last few mouldy/black spots up.

    High very interesting results indeed.
    What is it you spray onto the wall and pillars ? Is it something like a patio cleaner or something a bit more potent that's been diluted.
    Hope you don't mind me asking.
    I do enjoy a bit of jet washing and obviously would like to get the best result possible.
    Just not to sure what's best to free up the grime and crud.
    Cheers Les.

      Hi Les!
      The chemical is diluted sodium hypochlorite (pretty much just bleach)!

    Homeowners are doing themselves a disservice not moving plant pots, seating, etc, onto the lawn before the cleanup. If they decide to move a pot later they have an ugly black spot.
    It’s not the technician’s job unless it’s negotiated/paid for I understand

    • @pristinepressurecleaning
      @pristinepressurecleaning  Рік тому

      Most definitely!
      I make sure to explain to customers when quoting that we won’t be moving any heavy pots or plant unless asked ahead of time when quoting because it does take up A LOT of time on some jobs when we do (and I’ve hurt my back before when by myself 😭).
      I once tried moving this smaller pot for a customer and it just disintegrated and I felt so bad for breaking their pot 😭. Lucky it was just a cheap $5 one and they didn’t mind but still!

    How do you decide whether to pressure wash or pre-treat then wash?

    • @pristinepressurecleaning
      @pristinepressurecleaning  Рік тому +1

      For UA-cam I try to not pre-treat because it usually looks better for the video but on most jobs I’d recommend pre-treating just because it speeds up the initial cleaning followed by a post treatment!
      Some jobs I’ll just quickly test a small section and if it comes off relatively easy I won’t bother pre treating but if it’s just stuck on there and won’t budge I’ll pre treat 🙏

    You do great work, but you always seem to be working into the hose instead of working away from the hose.

    • @pristinepressurecleaning
      @pristinepressurecleaning  Рік тому +1

      Yeah it tends to be that way! If I’m not filming I usually work in a much more efficient manner but I try to get the good shots and angles first for most videos which makes the hose a hassle to deal with 😅

    Hermoso y limpio de verdad hay que sepillar como tú haces y enjuagar estrujar esos pisos no solo agua como hacen otros.
