I remember him punching the giant space bug out of the sky in Avengers, him wrecking Hulk Buster, him 1v1ing and losing to thanos barely in terms of physical strength...hes obviously not hurt, but neither is she. Even the environment I'd expect to be even more wrecked by his sheer power. I guess he did get a lot better at holding back
