"Turns out investing all my money in tequilla and strippers was not a bad policy!".....Incredibly smart, blunt and funny Greg Giraldo will always be remembered.
This guy was a genius…I’ve scoured the internet…no one compares…such a tragic loss…now it’s hit the repeat button again…and again…and again…and again……rip……U.K.
In the late 60s, as a 9, 10 yo, I somehow managed to get my hands on some Redd Foxx albums. As things turn out 55 years later, it's easy for me to say Greg Giraldo is the funniest comedian I've ever had the pleasure of laughing with. I suppose the only reason why he didn't make it big like all the other 'shock' comedians is that his material sometimes soars over the heads of the masses. I see a lot of parallels in Redd Foxx telling stories and Greg doing same.
Actually, this concert Midlife Vices was in 2009 and I believe is before the Bill Burr joke which also makes fun of parents. Both comedians were good friends from the New York comedy circuits. Bill Burr was actually stunned sad at the time Greg died and especially when even closer friend and mentor Patrice died.
Missing Greg in 2023. I would do almost anything to hear his act about the state of the world today. He’s probably looking down happy he’s not around to see this shit show and communist BS. #RIPGregGiraldo 🙏🏼

He was so great. Love him. Thanks.
Always the best comic on the roasts
@Akshay Natu I wouldn't call him "The best period" based on his first and only special. He definitely had a promising future
@Akshay Natu I wouldn't call him the best based on 23 specials either. He was on his way though

I just watched him on ZRock as Harvery Bronstein. Classic.
The ROI on tequila and strippers is excellent.

@@johnkeller5163 Exactly my point. I though Bill was making fun of Greg when they argued who had it worse having a dog or a kid.
