Hi friends! This year I am really trying to take care of my mental/physical health. I am doing this by tracking habits, steps, sleep, my cycle, along with a few other things. I also have some financial health items in there sometimes because debts can cause stress and other mental health struggles. I found a channel doing a #healthandmore2024 and found a supportive community that has helped a ton. I am being real in the hopes that others don’t feel alone and hopefully find some comfort.

Back is doing better, thanks, only stuff in the mornings and went I sat too long. We are a modified year round district, so we get 2 week breaks in the year (when the weather isn't trying to kill us lol). Thanks for watching!

When I know I have to get up earlier than usual.The next day, I have problems getting to sleep -it misses with my mind.Then I get stressed that I need to go to sleep because I have to get up early 😅

Thanks for watching the reviews. I will be reviewing some that can be watched at home too. But there is a theater here called fat cats that had $5 movies on certain days of the week. That's when Mom and I like to go.
