    I bought one a few months ago and it is a super bike, I have no problem with the mirrors but maybe the roads are smoother in the NETHERLANDS?! Just try one and you will love it!

    great review brother. Really like this bike, as I think the 1260 would just be wasted power. Thanks mate.

    • @AlbesADV
      @AlbesADV  4 роки тому

      I agree, I also like the fact that it has a 19inches front wheel compared to the 17inches on the 1260.

    Did you experience any uncomfortable heat on your legs?

      I did not, mind you it was full summer in Rome

    It's a good review, good job!
    But I have to disagree with you on the mirrors topic. I have the 950S for over 3 months now and I assure you that he has the best mirros fitted. No wiggle, buffering etc. I read and watch a lot of review and this is the first that say that the mirrors are bad. They are amazing, as te bike itself!👍

    • @AlbesADV
      @AlbesADV  5 років тому

      That might be, maybe was this specific bike to have that problem, being a rental and all, also when I test rode the regular 950 I had no problems with the mirrors

    • @mojosdad68
      @mojosdad68 3 роки тому +1

      I disagree, they are blurry and it’s well documented. Can’t make out of the car behind is a cop or not. I’ll probably opt for a set rizomas. I have a 2021 S, btw.

    Thanks for the rew Tracer 900 gt or multistrada 950

    • @AlbesADV
      @AlbesADV  4 роки тому +5

      I don't think I can give an impartial opinion since I'm in love with the multistrada, on top of that even if the Tracer was a better bike I like the look of Multi better and would rather buy something that looks good to me. 🙄

      the 1200/1260 engine. Those have the low end torque of a massive s&s.

    Great review Albe! And to think that you could try this beautiful machine in the country where it was built, very fortunate. How was the heat build up on this machine? Keep up the good work.

    • @AlbesADV

      The heat wasn't bad at all, not even in Rome's traffic

    Please tell me about the seat height. I am 1,73 cm and I am affraid that the 840 seat is too high for me. I just sold my 1200 gs but the low centre or gravity was an advantage for the bmw. What do you think?

    • @AlbesADV
      @AlbesADV  4 роки тому

      Hi Andrei, I'm 1,86 and was able to flat foot the bike with both feet, I didn't think the bike was too tall or top heavy, but the best bet is to go to a dealer and seat on it yourself. Fantastic bike though. 👍

  • @khakimzhanmiras
    @khakimzhanmiras 5 років тому +1

    I would buy one if it had enduro suspension, handlebars, pegs and some weight reduction. 1200/1260 enduro just weighs too much at 270kg.

  • @schemkesa
    @schemkesa 5 років тому

    vibrations in the mirrors??? Crystal clear on the 1260!

    • @AlbesADV
      @AlbesADV  5 років тому

      Might be just on that specific bike, but as soon as the rev would get up there the mirrors would get blurry, I did test the regular 950 a few months prior and the mirrors were pretty good.

    Why you use obsolete gallons and ft/torque? Use metric, the most viewers are not from UK...

    • @AlbesADV
      @AlbesADV  4 роки тому

      I agree the metric system is more accurate and simpler, but most of my viewers are from the USA where the standard is gallons and ft.

    Some people say it vibrates a lot,is it true?

    • @AlbesADV
      @AlbesADV  5 років тому +1

      I felt the usual vibrations of the L-twin topical of all Ducati, but nothing major, the mirrors vibrated quite a bit, but they might have been a little loose because when I tested the regular multistrada 950 (check out that video) that wasn't a problem and many people keep telling me that theirs don't vibrate that much.
