wish the wrist hinge for the grip hand went the other way. Feel like that would give some better options for posing with the spear
Tenoch Huerta was amazing as Namor. I want to see more of him going forward. Talokan is an awesome place, I'm glad the mcu got rid of Atlantis.

The spearhead reminds me of Dragonfang. Maybe it's made from a fang of a sea serpent. They could reuse some of these parts for a coronation T'Challa. I'd like to see it in a 2-pack with M'Baku and their masks and weapons.

I don’t know why this is such a difficult concept for people: Namor IS from Atlantis. The “Mayan theme” is obviously suggesting that Atlantis influenced the Maya. Their creation stories will have been birthed from contact they had with the older civilization of Atlantis.
I thought it was confirmed that Atlantis does not exist in the MCU.

Great trailer. Shuri was the only one who really made sense for Black Panther and I think a lot of the hate she gets boils down to people being intolerant of the actresses personal views.
I like it. But I really expect a superhero to have more muscle definition than me in the legs! I am as chubby in the middle as the next collector, but I do the exercise bike a decent amount per week and my legs are more defined than this guy. A swimmer should have great definition.
Marvel cinematic universe take on Namor and the Atlanteans is that their decendants of the Mayans or Aztecs....interesting👀

Why should Marvel adjust the Sub-Mariner's origins? He's from Atlantis and Marvel should stick with this. Only dum dums would confuse him with Aquaman. And IMO opinion this offering is an insult to the Sub-Mariner character and his original Marvel comics. I'm a purist so I get a wee bit upset. I'm ok now. HeeHee.

@@SocraticMind89 Well, I'm neither. It's the first time I've commented on this page - normally I watch Justin's Collection and The Fwoosh for their reviews. Namor (Roman backwards) looks more oriental/asian in the comics and had a much more toned and powerful physique. This actor is, IMHO, is simply wrong. But believe what you want.
(Not the actual reasoning) but I’m guessing since dceu is trying to do something with aquaman and Atlantis, maybe they would’ve sued for similarities in the characters if they both jumped out the comics the actual way, but aquaman has a native or somoan in his film cause they wrote it around Jason after, maybe they did the same with namor’s actor after they casted him
@@Prime_DW3G You could be right, who knows how deals are made between movie companies and rights to characters. I just think a huge character, Sub-Mariner, who was first introduced in the 1940s and fought alongside Captain America, in the comics, should have been treated with a bit more respect and likened more to the original Namor. Sub-Mariner is a favourite of mine so I'm just a little 'ticked off' with this awful rendition. It's OK... I'll get over it.
I hope Hasbro gives us a Retro Comics Figure of Namor, because we deserve it. Yeah, that's another thing that pisses me off. Most of the MCU actors playing their Super Hero parts get into shape for their roles why didn't they make the Namor actor get in shape? His body is soft and frail and that is no way to represent a Super Hero on the big screen. Regardless if they wanted to change his origin or background.

Found him for $3 at Goodwill?! Box was totally ripped with just the figure. Missing the extra hands,spear, and BAF piece. Brand new though!
Wakanda Forever is going to be successful, but I still don’t want to watch it. Guaranteed that movie is gonna get a high score in Rotten Tomatoes. 🙄
wtf is this??? this is crap. Not even a likeness to sh@$^^^t. I'm worried about the mcu now. Not even as close to the ' Rock' being in black Adam. Namor is a white guy as a character. German or scottie. 👎

Im Mexican and i also question why they casted Tenoch Huerta as Namor. He's a pretty mediocre actor, he didn't even get in shape to play the part. Daniel Dae Kim looks more like Namor imo. Also, the figure is a peg warmer.
I know the feeling, go watch Prince of Eygyt and see who plays the Kings and Queens, look what race most action figures have been through out history,depending on your beliefs just watch all of hollywood religious movies, look who plays God in almost all of them, but the Bible describes him way different then the on screen characters that have played him, and what i just mention is supposed to be based on real people, so i see why you would get upsetted about these fictional characters, i just wish people would come out and show this kind of emotion towards Hollywood when it's done the opposite way with people that were suppose to be real.
