Thanks for sharing your expert advice on dandruff. My dandruff problem is a bit different from the points that you discussed in this video. I have a dandruff issue of mild nature but it is aggrevated by scalp buildup that sometimes causes itching. I have a habit of applying oil (coconut oil or castor oil) to my hair after shampooing for both hair nourishment and hair-setting. Since my hair is dry, oil helps it set properly. Without oil, my hair looks frizzy or unsettled. So putting oil is a compulsion for me. I shampoo after a gap of 3 to 4 days. So, I always find a layer of scalp buildup that I think combines both dandruff and dirt or oil dregs. Please suggest a way-out to solve the problem of scalp build up and tips to remove the layer.

Doctor, I have dandruff... but along with that I am also taking Minoxidil (Toogain Men) and a Vitamin Supplement (Keraglo Men) for a receding hairline. The nature of the problem on my scalp is such that it is suddenly very itchy when I have worn too many warm clothes, eaten spicy food or the sun is up high.
