I am sure they will have those available, but I am not sure how easy it will be to replace the battery. I would assume it just unplugs, and you would plug a new one in. I've seen some on Amazon with an actual battery compartment. A smart idea.
IMO cordless is useless until they invent a self charging unit. Most of my customers that have purchased these lose interest real quick and they normally end up in the bottom of the pool doing nothing completely destroying the battery.
My client has a Freeform 23k gal pool. He does not care about price, but wants to get what he pays for and what the cleaner says it does. He is very easy going, but is adamant about going cordless because he HATES the cord. I told him his pool is a little on the larger side for it and that it would take multiple runs, but he is retired and says he’s got all the time in the world. My local SCP sells the freedom and the counter recommended it because of the warranty and the fact that they are one of the big players in the industry compared to some of these startups. I know maytronics is too, but they don’t carry the dolphin 300. Moderate debris and leaves. Nothing too fine or too big. I like the Aiper seagull pro, Sea Auto Shark, and the Liberty 300 if one of them seems like a good option. I watched all the reviews but I just don’t know which one to choose. I know it’s limited info on the pool, but would you recommend any of these? I know you said the freedom and liberty, but which one of those do you like more? I’m leaning freedom.
Freedom will run the longest so would be the top choice. Those off-brand bots are good but until the new Aiper comes out won't filter down fine enough. They have a 5-micron one in the works. I know Dolphin is trying to make a longer-lasting model and I am sure Polaris is working on an Alpha Cordless. The weight of a bigger battery is the issue. I think running the Freedom in there wouldn't be too bad. If it stays relatively clean each week.
@@evanferree Ive sold several dolphin liberty's and based on customer feedback they are ok. Just started selling the freedom and the tech and battery life should make it much better. if customer is on a budget def go for liberty 300. the extra features are worth it
Thanks for your reviews / information. I’m deciding between cord and cordless.
Do the robots come with battery replacement?

@@SPL Thank you for the info and response! After going over all three pros and cons we decided to go with the Freedom!
