Aiper needs to improve on its charging plug because the plug can become uncovered, though it won't detach because of the skinny rubber string holding it, though once detached the water will render the robot unchangeable. We have the Aiper Scuba S1 thats being returned to Amazon today. Perhaps Aiper should work a bit more on improving the insulation to prevent water from getting inside the plug port. The AIPER SCUBA S1 2024 version worked like a champ when it worked. Perhaps make a plug port that has a vacuum sealed door once it's unplugged from the receptacle, I mean there's vacuums throughout the machine, so this can be achieved with some reconfiguration. I don't know how other companies are constructing their charge ports, but I will investigate, because we want another Robot Pool Cleaner for 29x12x5.5' Fiberglass sand saltwater pump pool.

The Dolphin is pure junk. Everything will need replacing starting at year 2. Tread, bushings, wheels, and finally the $400 motor unit will leak and destroy the internals. They are junk.
Purchased the Aiper S1 only to find it cannot navigate free form pools due wall and corner slope. Sent it back and ordered the CC Plus

if you got the s1 pro you van get the wireless charging base so you never need to plug it in again.
