    My husband also driving a heavy equipment. Keep it friends

    I enjoy watching channels using older equipment. Gives a much more realistic scenario for 99% of people than the channels who get new "demo deals" and suddenly are a salesman for the brand.

      I hear ya, I cant afford new, to be honest, couldn't afford this one. But after crunching numbers decided it was cheaper in the end to go deeper in debt than to hire someone to do everything we need done.

    Oh yes so true there is always that happens unexpectedly that changes the whole day. But we just push on through and when its finally done its turns the bitter into sweetest accomplishment. Have a wonderful week.

    Joey, you're a great example of just sticking with it even when things are tough. Glad you were able to work through it and still get some of the things done you wanted to. Take care.

      Thank you, I appreciate that! We have been lucky, we have not had any problems with the loader since we got it. Might be time to do a bit of maintenance before we start having problems.

    Glad you got it worked out. I’ve been there with you, hammering on the starter. Good job fighting through the obstacles, as usual! Thanks! -Brad

    A battery charger is a must have and can save the day. Looks like the property is coming along. Good job!

    So very true Joey - I often end up doing something completely outside of what I intended because something breaks or some other priority pops up! That track loader is a beast!

      We have been lucky, just minor things. But when you are wanting to get started and something holds you up, its jus frustrating.

    I have a list of things that need to be repaired, and if one of those items quits working that's my fault. But the most annoying things are the ones that pop up without warning lol Glad you got it going!

    You are 💯 correct man! Ever time we would go to our property, (before we moved to it full time)
    Something would break down or run out of stuff and need to go to town.. it’s always something lol the property is looking great so far Joey!

    That's so tough and one of the main reasons we've held back on buying a 2nd property. One, you have to be handy (great job) and two, you've got to be able to get to it to maintain it. Kindly, Theresa and Cam

      the hardest part is when we get to the property we want to get started doing the things we went there for. we are always held up by something.

    Not surprised about the starter because equipment that sits outside is subject to a lot of moisture and corrosion. At least you are handy enough to figure out anything and fix it...from trail cameras to dozers.

    Interesting that it turned out to be the starter. Wonder what was up with that. I was just talking to my husband about it and got filled in about Diesel engines and bock heaters lol! Anyhow, we can relate as he is always fixing something every time he get ma to working on a project. Have a good day!- Char😊☀️

      Probably just from sitting all winter, I gave it a couple taps and it started up. I am thinking of installing a block heater in the loader. But to be honest, I have never done that before and its a little intimidating.

    Always something isn't it, know that very well! Thank goodness mine starts even when cold, but loves the glow plugs!! Loved the video!! Always like seeing the clearing work, that thing does run really well!! Did you get a new camera ? This one was SUPER clear very good resolution! Look fwd to more!

    • @MySliceOfHeavenoutdoors
      @MySliceOfHeavenoutdoors  3 роки тому +1

      This loader does not have glow plugs, it has an ether injector but I dont use it. I am thinking of installing an inline radiator hose heater. or maybe I will attempt a engine block heater i am not sure yet.
      No, its my same camera, My cell phone, lol

    Seems like there’s always something that delays you being able to just jump into a project even when you live on the property. Sounds like that ole dresser runs good once it fires up though!

  • @PaulOtis

    Nice that you got it going, and were able to get some work done. Might be a spring ritual, throwing it on a charger first. Is the starter hard to replace? Thanks Joey!

    • @MySliceOfHeavenoutdoors
      @MySliceOfHeavenoutdoors  3 роки тому

      I had it running the week before, I am hoping that this was just a fluke. If it keeps happening I will change the starter. I dont know how hard it will be, I have never worked on one of these machines before, lol
