Hi Natsumi, interesting video. I like your humor, I recognize how impossible some words are to pronounce haha. Are you familiar with the brand Terrasana? That seems to be the only one I can find here and its size is 380 grams and needs to be finished within 3 days once opened. I am wondering if it is a good one. Also I am curious about Japan in which quantities and prices it is sold over there.
Glad you like my humor haha I’ve never heard of that brand but seems like it’s probably the same amazake. Most amazake expire within a week max here as well so I usually freeze it in ziplock deciding into a small portions. Price depends on a brand but average is about $7~15 per 500g. Quantity is from 100g (for drinking) to 800g. Hope it helps!
Yes thank you, it put things into perspective. The one here is around 7 dollars, made in Czech. I was also confused by the nutrition label: 3 gr proteins, 30 gr carbs (of which 18 gr sugars), while the ingredients are similar: brown rice, koji (rice and difficult word), water and sea salt. Also they mention it can not be frozen. Thank you again for your help :)
Such an informative video, thank you for sharing with us!!
Thanks for your comment! Happy to hear that 😊
The amazake is not the only thing
Sweet. Thank you
Nice! Adding jt to a smoothie is a good idea
Thanks for your comment! I it’ll add nice sweet taste :)
Thanks for the video. Is the 17g of protein correct? Where would the protein come from?
