You don't have to wipe data :
1. wait for some time when the logo is displayed
2. ask someone to call your number
3. Goto settings>apps>Poco Launcher
4. Clear all data
This should help, the phone is stuck because the app data for poco Launcher is too high. Had this same problem resolved without losing any of my data 😀

I've had the similar issues a couple of times. You dont have to reboot your phone or anything. Just call your phone from another and your phone will reboot itself. It worked for me, I can't guarantee the same for everyone. But its a lot easier.

If nothing literally nothing works,, then press and hold power and mid volume button for 1 min , until its stuck at Fastboot Android icon.
Now long press at power button after the screen only shows fastboot icon
Now Booting starts to MIUI ..

It can easily be done without wiping data as well. Its an issue with the poco launcher.
How?
Mobile not on at all i awaited so much time finally i have to wipe data
@@amia2800 when the phone is stuck on miui logo, just call ur phone using another Mobile once or twice, the calling screen will come and phone will boot
The poco launcher update has failed it therefore its crashing and giving us illusion that phone is bricked, reality is that since launcher isn't able to start, nothing is visible beyond miui logo since launcer needs to start immediately after miui logo.

If you dont have antoher phone or there no one can help to call your number, you can do this
1. Wait for some time when the logo is displayed (on MIUI logo)
2. Open sim tray, it will shown notification
3. Goto settings > Apps > Poco Launcher
4. Clear all data
5. Restart your phone
OR
1. Wait for some time when the logo is displayed (on MIUI logo)
2. Open sim tray, it will shown notification
3. Goto settings > Open Keyboard > Rate it on PlayStore
4. Search Poco Launcher, uninstal it, then update
5. Restart your phone

If your phone is in Aeroplane mode or it says Switched off, then do following steps.
Following are the steps that I did. It worked on my mobile which was in Aeroplane mode.
1) Wait till all battery drainage of mobile.
2) Then MIUI logo disappears and shows low battery sign after pressing power button.
3) Now, plug your mobile for charging. Don't try to power on mobile by pressing power button.
4) Just leave that mobile upto 90% charging(as I did). Battery percentage is visible on mobile while charging.
5) After 90% charging, don't turn off charging. In charging mode, power on the mobile by pressing power button.
6) Don't touch the screen while it is getting start.
7) Mobile will be in working condition.
8) Now, make changes in launcher settings.

@@dsoficer4283 Just SHORT PRESS the power button instead of LONG PRESS. If you do LONG PRESS mobile will turn on and goes in same problem. After 90% charging you can turn on mobile.

I just press the buttons for get into boot menu. I left it there about 5 minutes. It returns itself back and everything is ok. Its not necessary to do reboot or data wiped.

Hi All, It is good to see may posted it worked. Tried calling from other phone it did not work ? It says switched off.. But I see may added comment that it worked.
Any trick. I tried new SIM changed SIM position to different slots , It does not work .Tried to keep the phone charged full and tried in drain mode also .. It get stuck in Boot Logo MIUI. i have tried this on me and it worked, while the miui logo is loading at the opening, try to open your sim card tray by poking it with the opener and press it back in. this method does not erase your data
