It’s tough to keep the right mind set when all you do is struggle. How can we over come it? It’s like Og mandino “when the fund are low and the debts are rest of you must but don’t you quit” tough not to quit when u just can’t seem to get traction😔
It surely is challenging that's why we have be consistent with positive thinking, praying, affirmations, and meditations. In the moments when we feel bad, it's ok, we shouldn't beat ourselves up for not being positive in certain moments. Just realize why (awareness), take a few breaths and go right into prayers, affirmations, meditation, etc.
