in 15:47 after white move d5 then black bishop will capture knight (c3) check then white recapture then black queen can capture bishop (b5 ) then pawn will capture knight (c6) and queen capture pawn, and black is a pawn ahead.
Bb7 is not possible because the knight will check black. If he capture with black bishop, then the white bishop will capture d7.When the black bishop capture the white bishop, then the white Queen will capture back and give a check.
Your videos and tips are always helpful to many chess fans! :) Any cute traps in Caro Kann as black? Thanks! Edit: This trap kind of reminds me of your Trap Against the Sniper.
Hey GJ, I was wondering what your chess rating is after all of these years of making these videos. After me going through these over the years, I am 2445 in online play and plan on going to tournaments very soon. You have helped me a lot and many others I'm sure
u r amazing ...u make to better chess player ...thank you sir... ......after 1)e4 e5 2)kf3 kc6 3)bc4 and after many many players plied h6 so what is the best response to this move ...plz help
It doesn't even require knowing these lines. Most of the successes in these "traps" rely on black making poor choices, starting with 4) ... Bg7. 4) ... Nf6 is a stronger move as it puts pressure the unprotected e4 pawn and forces white to counter with 5) d3 or 5) Qe2. Either way 5) ... Bf7. Now black has gained development and slowed white's plans. Without knowledge of white's plans, basic axioms of opening recommend developing your pieces while attacking to put your opponent on the defense. After the poor 4) ... Bg7, and the poor 5) ... cxd5, black is heading down a hole of poor development (with more bad choices) while white gets all his pieces active for the price of a single pawn.
really helpful...before these video my blitz rating was 1200 and now after 2 years 1800 :)

Istiv yea I noticed that variation and was wondwring if there's a stronger reply to avoid it

OK buddy! I will definitely download it. Thanks for the invaluable help!
Hi Gunjan, why Bb7 not possible @ 7:14?
Bb7 is not possible because the knight will check black. If he capture with black bishop, then the white bishop will capture d7.When the black bishop capture the white bishop, then the white Queen will capture back and give a check.

Maaf ya sy tdk bisa bhs ingglis sy jadi malu, setelah lihat lain2 nya komentar nya pakai bhs ingglis.
@vesyal arul syankar ok yes my fren.
8:06 why do not capture with king?
Capturing the king brings it further away from safety. And after trading bishops, it gets ugly for black.
D best u
If black play Nf6 not Bg7 d4!? Nxe4 d5 Na5 O-O some pressure
too complicated ! very hard to memorize !
gud
