dude you talk way to much....and learn to not cut off people when they are talking and dont act so much like a car salesman also...you should have explained to your friend never ever ever when renting where a new high rise is being constructed, noise is unbearable for years.....1 bed best but main roadway outside is a negative
Hello Peter, I love the content on property. I just returned home to the US from the Philippines. I was only there for 2 weeks. I still run a small buisness here in Seattle. I'm seriously thinking about a part time retirement in the Philippines. Iv been watching you and other vloggers a few years now. If I have one more rental here I'll start getting more serious. My girl is waiting for me there but I have a lot of responsibility here yet. I would love to see more places in the 40 to 60,000 dollar range that would be a good investment. Thanks for content and keep up the good work.
Interesting that monthly prices quoted here comparable to what I currently pay now (in 2018) for my one bedroom furnished Condo in St. Paul, and which I have owned now for 36 years. This includes elect, indoor parking, and my association dues. These dues currently include cable TV, the internet, heat, A/C, free laundry, and bldg maintenance on all common areas, including two elevators (this being a 20 story brick bldg downtown, within walking distance of several cultural, business centers, the state capitol, light rail to Mpls, etc). And here I thought Manila and area would be far cheaper? Really?
What is the name of the building and any other nice buildings near Subic or even Barrio Barretto??? Looking to retire there in two years but will be going back there in 2020 and 2021 and will possibly get a condo before I retire there and keep it.
Youll find a unit downtown san diego that looks like this piece of shit for the same price and I live in Daygo. Been to Subic many times and lived there when my dad was stationed there back in the 80’s 90’s and the base then was immaculate. Now it’s pure trash! I WILL NOT PAY THAT AMOUNT FOR THAT SHITTY PLACE! go to Cubi point I found a spot for 300 per month one bedroom suite.
Yeah its nice to stay in SBMA but with the prices?! Pffft I could do better outside the port. A whole double story beach house in Morong bataan. 7k pesos a month. That was mates rate though 4 years ago and the house is literally just next to the beach. Plus it the house is modern fully furnished and it has a pool. I use to love the fish monger come to the house early in the morning and give me the first pick. Damn these vids makes me wanna go back
Overpriced old condo, here in a Cebu I have brand new single detached brand new house 4 bedroom house fully furnished with all brand new for 17k or 350$ monthly it’s located 15 minutes from Airport and I’m surrounded by many resorts and nice beaches here in Mactan Island Cebu. I’m not sure how some people don’t do searching by them selfs it’s easy just don’t be lazy.
WTF? $595 PER MO. That's frigg'n absurd. These guys are fools or talk'n up the price. Or he must be the "Pitch Man". You can by a $200,000 house in USA for $600 a mo. and "Own It". Why the hell by a Condo in a 3rd World country. This place should rent for $100.00 a mo.
As a single guy I am trying to figure out the best place for my home base. Thailand, of the Philippines? I am leaning toward Thailand. I don't want a huge downgrade in the lifestyle I live in the US. I can spend $1500 per month on a condo. I want a great pool. Keep up the good work.
@mrbooyeah Good choice. I agree with you coz I am a Filipina living in Japan. language and writings are really sucks me for daily living especially if you are new in the country.
Philippines has more to offer if you have the money. If you can afford the BGC area, it will be a big upgrade compared to living in the US. And I currently live in California.
If you can spend that much on housing only then you should do fine pretty much anywhere in the world you would like to go. I would say experience both before you commit. I lean toward Thailand also but also other nice places.
Total cost for 2 bedroom one bath . Rent,Water, Power Bill, Cable TV . A/C hot water in kitchen and shower. Ok with if Furnsher but dont have to be. Need car parking . Somewhere by the USA Military health care .
That's very affordable for $ 595.00 for six months compared to here in the US a one master bedroom with bath 12 ×12 for rent for $ 1,100 a month. Unfurnished! I think I'm considering going home there in the Philippines.😆✌️
IMHO - about 20% overpriced. especially since electric and water and garbage aren't included. In Cebu you can get a lot spiffier looking place for the same money. Friend is sure hard selling him. "Nice pool matt"! (Looks VERY ordinary to me!) In Thailand the condos at that price rate are infinitely nicer, as well!

Prices are inflated due to being in SBMA. You should be able to do better outside the freeport zone. Just my 2 cents.
Subic is part of USA since ancient times
if that's the best in subic, he might want to try different areas like cebu or davao. for waaaay cheaper price. and even looks better.
Agree I'd do Cebu for much cheaper and nicer.
The first Condo looks great, too bad it costs so much
My people needs to drop this overuse of the word “actually”. 😫
Actually, you're right.
Dog friendly? Nice! My cousin says that word quite often too actually. hehehe
These apartments are leased for 35 years. If you do buy one, what happens to your apartment - or investment - at the end of the lease ?
At the end of the lease, it is no longer owned by the "buyer", it is dumb and only a fool would invest in this scam.
This is for his buddy he should shut up and see what he thinks of it. He talks to much and the manager needs to stop interrupting
hahahaha I just wrote exactly what u viewed also
595 per month is far too expensive.
Fred Azbell a rip off! disgusting
OMG that US price or European ......
Notice the bars on the windows, that says it all.

William Larson yeah total rip off! I would move to Greece before paying for that cheap shit
Those new developments look interesting. Are they preselling?
very entertaining and informative - would still like to know if you guys rented /bought a condo in Subic - cheers

Gonna be a lot of noise with all construction going on
That’s the best available in Subic ? Crikey. Think I will ask the Kandi boys to build something there.
When I say “best” I mean best all around value.
Just say NO to robbery
lol - "They are asking for real money", meaning the US dollar.

I will be spending a few days in Makati, Greenbelt area in March. I love beaches, but if in a good area I can always travel to beaches.
If you can spend that much on housing only then you should do fine pretty much anywhere in the world you would like to go. I would say experience both before you commit. I lean toward Thailand also but also other nice places.
