there was 2 inhibs down at top and bot. teemo was clearing around the time ev got the quad. at this time top and bot were still down, the moment teemo entered jungle bot respawned and then top came back when blue got the nexus at 1/2

it wasnt an "xpeke" more like a regular backdoor.. xpeke is when you orbwalk around their nexus while atleast 1 on the enemy team is chasing you or has noticed you..
It's not Teemo's fault that his inhibitor respawned at such a crucial time. The purple team was just super lucky and they were smart to have him stay behind to defend, and he ended up winning them the game.
