1)society me commercial ke members ko election ladne ka voting ka adhikar nahi hai?
2)Hame 7 salo me aajtak 1 bar bhi Audit report ki copy ya Hisab ki copy di nahi gayi hai

Sir, I am a registered owner member of coop housing society since 1975 in Gujarat. I have been asked by city survey office to provide list of all members of coop housing society for my name to be registered/entered in property card. Unfotunately my society President is reluctant and not responding. What should i do? May i have no right to ask them to provide list of all members?
Under the cooperative society act the society has to maintain a register of all the members and therefore your name is part of the register. The register can definitely be published to competent authority.

I stay in the 1st floor, the entire building doesn't have safety window grills, there is high possibility of robbery without grill also a small child can fall down from window without grill. I asked committee to allow to install grills, but committee is like as per bye laws it is not allowed. I need grill as Right to safety. What should i do?

I am a registered member of cooperative society since last 15 years but Chairman /Secretary have not hand over Share Certificate till date after repeated reminder. What I have to do?
