I think you should leave the bowl in the freezer for 24 hours otherwise your just over mixing cream and milk together
in my instructions it does say machine should be turned on before you add the cream or milk to stop it sticking to sides but yours does not seem to have a problem xx
Why mine never gets thick ?
You need to freeze the bowl for 24hrs
I just leave my bowl in the freezer drawer all the time and take it out when I need it. Always get good ice cream this way x
