Nikki forgot about her husband Josh pretty quickly… and the storyline with Sarah/Veronica also wrapped up too fast. That barn fight where Veronica was killed felt rushed. The final showdown was too short - it seems like they were in a hurry to wrap things up.
The writers always make these wacky decisions without thinking of us, their loyal viewers. That storyline was totally rushed. A They gave us all that build up about a nutty woman Niki never even knew before she was married to that forgettable doctor! I thought she was going to be someone really big like a forgotten friend or half sister!
This was a sad time in Y&R’s history. Nikki cut her hair to horror and this lunatic Veronica never truly got her revenge on Nikki. Not to worry tho. Aunt Jordan to the rescue! She’s doing all the things that Eve Howard and this Veronica woman didn’t do. I love it!
Great performance by the late Candice Daly, sad she didnt atleast get a Daytime Emmy nominee for her good acting when she broke down.
