I saw a National Post article stating that the bloq has an agreement with Trudeau to reroute migrants from Quebec to other provinces, which to me sounds like a confidence vote agreement.

Only reason the Conservatives want one now is because they think they can win it, but that is not what they should be focused on. They should be focused on working with the other parties to find solutions to national problems. Instead, they're busy demonizing everyone else, and claiming they can do better, without providing any clear plans of how exactly they would do that.
