This week we got SO MUCH done in the shop for its functional capabilities. We are so stoked to finally have this shop getting dialed in and getting these projects finished as well.

Can you tell us kinda why you liquidated all your stuff and stopped your business? That would be kinda cool to know if it’s not super personal to share.
Come on man, stop the Chinese propaganda shit. I know you could do better than that for sponsors. 🤯 2:41
@@Gustavnorellif you shop Amazon you may as well shop Temu, and we gotta get the mortgage paid - eventually I’m sure we’ll have sponsors much more relevant to my space, for now they had some stuff I needed and really helped along with everything.
@@Tyler2424I moved to northern Idaho to start a new job, it didn’t work out so I moved back and instead of picking up where I left off with customers decided to go full in on UA-cam
To everyone up in arms about Temu, take it easy. Would a Snap-On sponsorship be nice and would a higher spec rivnut tool last longer? Of course. Ever try and outfit a shop on your own, all at once, while trying to continue supporting a family in that very same shop full time (read: way more than full-time)?
You have to start where you're at, and while I have my doubts about how long the Temu hose reel would last in a 12x bay dealer service center, it's probably fine for years in a one-man UA-cam fab-shop.
I'm glad there's some sponsorship coming in for one of my favorite new channels, and I hope it keeps the shop up and running so we get to keep watching great fab work on the regular! Know-how and creativity go a long way working around tool shortcomings; I'm just glad to see momentum on the channel. Keep it up, another great video!
Dude thank you, it helps a ton to see the support and even if you don’t like Temu or never use it even just clicking the link helps a ton.
I definitely plan to branch out and try and get different / more cohesive sponsors ASAP but for now it pays the mortgage and they sell real stuff at cheap prices 🙏🏻
You're killing it man, keep it up! It's so great to see everything come together and early investments in your build space are going to pay off for years, as you're able to showcase your ideas and fab skills more easily.
Can't imagine how intimidating it must be to have it all in your back, at the start of a new channel, but you've got the skills and positivity to go the distance. Can't wait to see the next installment on the paint job/shop truck/out whatever else you've got cooking!
The issue I have isn't with the quality of the products coming from them (although their stuff can contain toxic materials), but rather how they handle personal information, and for scamming people. They're known for being notoriously bad in that regard, to the point where I simply refuse to click on a link to their website because I don't want to expose my devices to that. I agree with you that Padric is doing his best, though, and I don't hold it against him at all, especially since he needed the money to pay for stuff like this shop upgrade.
@@cinnamonrollypolyevery app on your phone is collecting your data even UA-cam.
@@GratefulEd907 Yes, but you feel it differently when its a fortune 500 company vs scammers on a Chinese website.
YES Shop updates! Although, I need to be honest with you; Temu doesn't exactly have a good track record when it comes to user privacy. I understand why you took their sponsorship, but there's a reason why so many channels have dropped them. I get it, the money was a good move in order to pay for the shop upgrades, but they have a pretty bad reputation. This doesn't change my opinion of you, I still think you've got an amazing channel here.
I get you but to be fair, they are better sponsors than most of the straight scams that have been floating around the last few years. Honey springs to mind as the biggest recent scam!
@@Yosser70wow, that is wild! I just watched a video about honey after seeing this comment. I cannot believe companies like that can thrive so much, while destroying our economy and ruining peoples lives :(
Hey. Can’t tell you how good it is to see you’re uploading regular quality content
@@rufusonline thanks dude 👊🏼
Gotta a respect a man who's at the start of his hustle. Being pure to the channel and bringing in advertising can't be easy. Keep hustling man.
I can't express how much i love this channel man, you are legit my kinda dude. I love these shop videos too man. I wanna watch you succeed and watch this channel grow so huge.
About fixture table: waterjet is not about precision, but about not thermally stressing the steel, which means less warping.
its really about both
@@johnnyshortbus depends on the sheet thickness. Laser cut steel has a tiny taper to it, when 5 axis water jet could cut without it. But on 3/8" thickness (and less) with a good machine, I pretty sure laser would be more precise.
That Fab table is badass! Great looking design, especially with those little notches to help assemble it and keep it in place before you weld it. I’m guessing tolerances on it have to be plus or minus 1/32”.
@@NM-pl1ivI laid a flat edge on it and found less than 1/32 of variance, considering I assembled it on a pallet that’s not too bad 🤣
You might need to consider a larger air hose for the long run to the other side of the shop, to avoid pressure drop when using larger air tools, that said, the shop looks fantastic!
Ideally we get a hard line / pex line over there - it’s still ultimately restricted by the splitter I used before that so I gotta get air hard lined in everywhere
Yep, that style of fixture table was for sure the single best thing I ever acquired for my shop.
Great video, wonderful that your wife is the creator, and so good to see the sponsors come through with such practical parts, well done to all involved, already liking this channel above others.
I seen your shop had lots of ppl and looked busy all week. Now i know why! Shop is really shaping up now. And i second to whover said thanks for not blasting us with music. Love the content.
Yeah man it's been hectic but I love it 😅
Banger everytime I see the notification, keep up the excellent work
This channel has the best vibes, Padric and Jenna. Thank you for not hitting us in the face with a montage intro of generic blues rock guitar riffs every vid.
Our pleasure!
The shop's looking grand! I can tell you from experience, you're going to want to hardline your air and put air driers on both sides of the shop! Your air tools will thank you!
Your optimism is infectious. Please keep up the great work!
Thank you so much!
I built a shelf just like yours and I put 1/4 steel plate on top of the plywood and used it for building differentials it's nice and stiff and I mounted 2 vices on it.
Hope your staying warm its cold lately around the 4 corners! Shop & 4 runner is looking great. Keep up the hard work!
I bought some drill bits on temu ☠️💀☠️💀 i bent one in a U.
Fabulous Dad jokes for days😅
TRK is stupidproof 😂👍🤘
Be sure to turn the air compressor off at night. One leak in those hoses and the compressor runs and wont shut off. Lots of shops have burned down due to compressors overheating. Shop looks good!
Your goals, your excitement, and your progress are inspiring Padric! Keep up the good work!
The wood makes the shop feel warmer for sure.
Keep on truckin my man. You’re killin it! Run those dreams down!
I loved setting up organized shelving. It's the best way to stay smooth with your operations
Shop upgrades looking good brotha . You should do a mural of your logo on the garage door if you’re gonna paint it . Just a idea 🍻👊🏼
I could watch shop build videos for days lol hell yeah dude
Need that early 1st gen grill, and more shop cat!
Lookin' sweet and can't wait to see the epic projects!
Great job on the video Padric and Jenna! Thanks for making it. While it's always tempting to shoot at your fastest aperture, when you're pointing at things on the wall, on benches, etc., your camera is usually going to focus on your hand and make the things you're pointing at blurry. If you stop down to around F8 or so, you can make sure that the thing you're trying to show off is also clearly visible.
🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hey Padric, congratulations on the sponsorship, hopefully you have many more in the future to fulfill all your projects and ideas.
Is nice to see the shop organization, almost therapeutic.
I want to say the pacing and delivery of this video was fantastic, still interesting and enjoyable to watch even tough is not like car related.
great video.
Appreciate it, the shop is slowly coming together! 🙏🏼
Nice to see all the upgrades. Glad its able to happen, hopefully the financials all make sense 👍
Powering through all the shop jobs! Well done - great to see things progressing so well
Love how the shop is coming together. keep up the good work 😎
Looking good 👍 nice and neat. Thanks for letting me watch.
Padric & Jenna and whoever else is helping, loving the content, great work!
🙏🏻
love a good shop upgrade vid. always fun to see.
what if for the garage door, it was something like a banner/poster of your channel logo. you could just cut it into horizontal sections so it still functions normally as a door.
congrats on the new garage man!!!! looking really good!!
Im glad you snagged the finger break after i mentioned it was a steal of a deal haha
Legit that’s why I did 🤣
haven't even finished the video yet, but can already tell the new shop layout is sick! So crazy cool to see this. Cant wait to see how it all functionally works out in a project or two. Spaces always evolve as you go. Love a good shop development. Good luck, and cant wait for the next vid!
Appreciate that, can't wait to put it to work!
Congrats! Seriously, the speed at which your shop evolved is amazing. Even though it had a previous form before, to go from being on another channel to being fully operational on your own (with help of course and sponsors) seems like it should take way longer than seems like it did.
Started following you after I seen you on GH building the mini rock crawler. Love your videos, keep them coming
Looking good. Great ideas for my tiny home garage too. Thanks
Damn bro that shop is sick. I would love to have a space like that. I'm working on my 1940's barn/garage to make it into a dream shop. It's getting close but it doesn't have the ceiling height.
Nice set up on all the accessories for your garage. Like it. Can't wait for the next video coming up
I use those exact same 3 way splitters at work as a dealership technician and they are amazing
Well done padrick, i'm sure it feels great to get it looking FAB
Great seeing the shop and channel improving and growing! Keep it up and the content coming. Only going up from here!
Please don’t leave batteries charging over night bro my cousins shop just burned too the ground with two cars on the lifts and a life time of tools the firefighters said it started from the Milwaukee charger
Shop is coming together nicely!
You should go ahead and put that drop shelf all the way down the length of the table and support the thing about every 6 ft all the way to the whole deal so it'll be a lot smaller
DREAM SHOP!!!!
Congrats ! Love your energy passion and spirt ! Looking forward to more and more content . Shop is looking awesome.
Appreciate the kind words! I'm excited for what's to come!
Newest favorite channel, keep up the great content!
Nice shop man! I wish I could have one as nice! Keep up the good work!
Shops lookin minty fresh!
bad ass shop looking forward to your mobile shop/service truck build!
exceleeeennnnnnnnnnttttttttttttttttttttt muchachooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!
not even through the intro, and wanted to stop down here and say its a good day when i get this notification. Cant wait to see how this shop turns out!
You're the best! Thanks for the support man
Sure love your content Patrick keep up the good work God bless .
Clean and organized… for now haha. Nice work brotha!
Happy for U 2 😊 ☮️&❤
Yes bro i love the content and im locked in on the rock crawler!!
Cool shop, congratulations!
Hell yeah great start!
Grey looks good
Looking sharp Padric!
Maaaaan, I thought the gap on the wall was going to be the arcdroid but the fixture table is still sick. This is probably my favorite new yt channel. I instantly click when the videos pop up. Excited to see the channel grow!
CNC needs to happen ASAP!
Thanks for the support man 🤘🏼
Nice!!! 🔥
Bro, you should do a Temu build and see how custom (and quality) you can make a Yoda with Temu parts. Maybe an Elevated Fabworks off-road racing Temu Yaris
a lot of charging stations have burnt down a number of garages by not turning them off at night, have seen people now installing a light into the power board that's running the charging stations to remind them to turn off their station before they leave the shop.
What did you do in this shop before?
I built 4WD Sunraders and other overland rigs as well as did a ton of engine swaps.
dont forget trashcans or boxes for each typ of metal for recycling. specially on that leath when its dont you need to clean in between metal typs otherwise once you try to get rid of the metal at the scrab yard they will end up charging you instead of paying :3 could also have a small propane furnace to cast them into ingots.
I have the same mig and tig machines! Great videos lately, keep it up!
Awesome 👌 👏 👍
Sweet shop, jelly!
chassis table would be sick. Send Cut Send make a great one that, to my knowledge, is really reasonably priced.
A chassis table is next for sure! I’ll likely go with the TKR table for that as well, they’ve got an 8.5x4.5 for a good price 👊🏼
shops coming along super nice man im gonna steal that charger shelf idea tiered of my current rats nest
Keep the vids coming Pad!🤙🏼👍🏼💪🏼
out of curiosity, what size shop do you have? in some points it looks super small, and in others it looks absolutely massive. just curious as i plan to build my own shop soon and yours looks like it has plenty of room.
40x60ish shop space with offices up front.
40x80 or 50x60 is ideal in my opinion
@ElevatedFabworks thanks. Im debating on exactly what i want but i know for sure i want it to be able to have 2 lifts and at least 3 cars at a time. Im debating on putting a small apartment in it as a temporary house too, but we'll see.
Should have done the air system with pex line in 1/2 or 3/4inch. It's good for high pressure and temperature. Plus you won't be restricting volume that is needed for air tools or plasma cutters. We used it in my Dad's shop extension years ago, still rocking . Not from you if you wanna check it out.
Can't go wrong with gray!
Your outro should be "until next...stay Elevated"...just a suggestion
Haha good idea! I might have to use that!
@ hell yeah bro, keep killing it! Loving the content and cant wait to see where all the hard work takes you! 💪
Can’t wait for trail videos!
Stoked to get these things out there
I Ike your channel, you explain and breakdown everything very well. Keep it up I want to see more!
Appreciate the support! Lots more to come! 🙏🏼
Looking good Padric
Nice job man! Looks really good 👍🤟
Looking good bud!
Off the topic of this vid, but the removable back of that 4Runner would look sweet painted in "urban camo"! Black, dark grey, light grey, and white camo.
Lovin these vids bro keep them coming
Appreciate it! 🤘🏼 can do
Love your videos. If you’re ever jeeping around Moab you can use the Willy’s in a video or something.
Nice table mate
!
Really stoked for you mate. :)
Appreciate it!
Nice cutting table.
There has got to be a better partner than Temu.
I’m sure there is, but they’re not awful! Everyone needs cheaper stuff at some point, they offer basically everything Amazon does haha. It’s just another website - but I get what you’re saying. Still patiently waiting for that Bendpak collab 😅
Good stuff man! My rivnut tool is from Temu too
Shop is coming along great. Keep up the good work 💀🤘
Thanks bro! 👊🏼
Nice tables!
Yo just alil comment
Hey, great stuff, I have a pet peeve of mine with your videos. The camera seems to drastically change shutter angle (exposure) seemingly at random, and it makes the footage switch between sharp frames and smoothed motion blured frames. I suspect the flickering of the lights in the shop triggers some automatic adjustments from the camera that last for a bit before it resets back. I think the lack of consistency there being mitigated will really elevate the professionalism of the footage, and let me keep my sanity.
It’s hard to deal with when my wife’s SUPER green with cameras and the shop lighting tries to completely destroy the quality and makes the ‘banding’ super bad.
We are working on it though 👊🏼 manually shooting coming soon.
That's a dream shop👌😍
Vevor is a great brand!!
like the camper luxy i have a rc one the same i'm 3d printing a camper for it great vid :)
