Neat swap, but I worry your rigid custom intake piping doesn't allow enough flex for the engine to rock in the motor mounts when bouncing around off road or going suddenly from full acceleration to engine braking.

I've seen mixed reviews about the Chilkat mounts sold by ORS; do you find they locate the engine correctly or do they lean it over too far, stressing the t-case mount?

When you torque to spec using blue Loctite on those flywheel/clutch bolts, do you account for the extra lubricity it provides and lower your final torque spec by some percentage?

So hear me out, I hear about the front diff needs to be changed out to have true 2wd action, How has it been on the road? Im interested but mine is mostly daily driver... what do I need to know

I have two donor trucks, one auto and one manual. The auto had two extra stiffener brackets from the motor to the bell housing but the manual one did not. Is that common, or did the manual truck lose those brackets under a previous owner? I tried to swap the the bracket from the auto over for this swap but they hit the new oil pan location. Do you think the brackets are needed? Thanks for the great video!

You wouldnt happen to remember the measurements for each bend on the main pipe of the bumper? I counted 4 bends for the main section.

Hey man, seems like you know a lot about the 3rz. In your experience how long would you say they last with typical maintenance? I have been considering doing this for my tacoma.. are there any recommendations you might have to get the engine “healthy” before slapping the SC on? Sorry you had to go through all that headache btw, sucks when it’s your daily driver.

That rig you definitely do not see very often or at all for instance this is the first time I have heard about this vehicle and I have been a die hard toyota guy for a long long time.
