Really nice folk and she’s a special lady - my wife & I are in our 60’s & taking 2 of our adult kids to see them with Tame Impala in PERTH Aus in April; can’t wait - well done for a pleasant, relaxed-vibe interview - it was obvious the artists enjoyed it too!
I was too... pity about CoVid :(
That would have been the dream show! Two of my favorites!
Just saw them last night and thought about how perfect of a show them w tame would be!!
But Anderson paaks Lyrics is crap and bullshit
Its interesting what people Like
So Strange
So you create Image or you Talk About beeing real
Or you Just doing both
Talking against violence but supporting Money
Showing named women talking About sexism rapist and racism
Thats weird
And this whole music is realy supporting Psychosis , drug abuse And addiction and synthetic reality
Its war to See that human is getting sick
People around me died because the Illusions of music
The Illusions music brought to their lives
Since everyone is telling me that my music will enter the Charts easily and i realised That i will do the Same or can cause the Same damage wich also Affected my Life
I think i will never Show IT to the world
Its a very huge Illness
Not in the music itself but in mankind
I never before listend top Anderson paaks gut its the Same old shit Rap music is doing since 25 years
Some bands' albums are certified platinum... Khrungbin's albums are certified organic: no filler, all natural ingredients.......
Holy! You got to meet them, thats insane! Keep up the good work man.
Amazing man, can’t believe you scored this interview. It’s really inspiring to watch you chase your dreams Jake. Keep doin you man. Looking forward to more content!
you are becoming a really cherished channel for me. please keep up !
Very unique band. Love putting on their music in the evening and just chill
this is such a pure interview omg
Love you guys so much
Stumbled on them by mistake a few years back on youtube and vibed so good to their songs. Love the simplicity and the fluidity of Khruangbin's music. Laura's baselines are dope!
was in Berkeley for 420, and show, was 12 feet from stage barrier, right smack in front of Mark, got some footage of his finger work, something I hardly see on video. didn't realize mark was ill, I had some weird nausea on flight home. Berkeley was such a fabulous venue, couldn't get back to my spot for Trey, ended up on the huge stell plate doors to lighting bunker at highest point in venue. Best show I have seen in years, people were just so wonderful and friendly. I love the people this band attracts!
upload it! I think their boiler room set had some good shots to see how he is playing.
Thank you!
Jake , another great interview, my friend. I really enjoy your interviews and other music commentary that you have done. I believe your a very talented guy and a cool handsomely sporty guy too. I'll keep watching the channel, and of course I am a subscriber. ☺ 👍 👍
LOVE this band.
thank u :)
i love the band..i hope they become really big soon
-great interview
Jon Lampley, the trumpet player from OAR was really digging your set at the Innings Festival in Tampa. He was dancing and pumped up loving it. It was awesome to watch another musician really get into it.
Amazing group. TTD in the background seals the deal.
This video deserves more comments.😌😌
Awesomeness

Got to hand them a necklace I made them at this show. Took my dad to see them for the first time. He loved it!
FYI "Notoriety" is defined as: the state of being famous or well known for some bad quality or deed.
unbelievable gifts,,
Houston!
I wanna hear that brotha on a MPC, I bet he’d make flames.
The music of khruanbin Sounds Like Many parts the Dire Strates played
A bitbmore psychodelic
DJ should get a wig
whats the song at the very start?
You've been saying "Nah"?
he talks!
how old are Laura and DJ ?
they are ageless
i dont know exactly but feel like three of them kinda are same age. Btw Mark was born in 1979 so they are crazily young
@@PaigeNg67 "crazily"? hmmmmm.....
I wonder what Mark was really up to, lol
At the local record store, crate digging of course.
Gettin funky
I’ve had a few tracks of these guys on various playlists and have enjoyed their stuff but I have to say I’m very baffled by their success and popularity, is it because of marketing or their image? There are tones of other bands who make music like them and much better at it (El Michael’s affair being one) but they’re still very underground, I have a sneaking suspicion that the glamorous image they put out is a huge part of their popularity because otherwise they just play relaxing instrumental music, which sounds great but it’s nothing that original. If it was 3 ordinary looking blokes playing, let’s face it, no one would care.
