You'll need an FTA decoder. You can't get FTA channels on Startimes Decoder

There's a menu for public channels settings on DStv Decoders. There's no such option on Startimes Decoders. It's made purposely for their Satellite and channels. Unless you run a working software on it.

You have to connect your Antenna cable with a stable signal, go-to Menu, select T2, select Togo, Add this frequency 482.0 and scan for the channels
