Do you keep your finished inserts? I'm a functional journaller too so it's like "minimalistic pretty"? Makes me wonder if I should keep it.

I will probably hang onto the previous year's (as reference) for a little bit but then discard. I love the term minimalistic pretty!

hi Anna great video where did you get the pencil in the video I like the eraser

That is a Palomino Blackwing pencil (the erasers are replaceable after they are used up, too). I got mine from a local shop, but you can find them online, Amazon has them as well.
